  • Welcome

The Public Speaking Center supports student success by providing quality peer-to-peer consulting for all UW-L students seeking assistance on oral presentations. Peer consultants aid students with topic selection, outlines, content development, delivery, audio-visual aids, managing speaking anxiety, and increasing confidence.
    Hours and Appointments
We are located in Murphy 251 (within the Murphy Learning Center). We recommend seeing a peer consultant at least a week before your assignment is due. To make an appointment, click here. Appointments are recommended. Drop-ins are welcome if a peer consultant is available. Read the frequently asked questions before coming to your appointment.
